主要職責

• Managing the full automation network across the Dufftown site, including PLCs, servers, switches, and software systems
• Performing diagnostic checks and troubleshooting across SCADA, IO, MCC panels, and more
• Leading upgrades, bug fixes, and integration of new equipment into existing installations
• Ensuring all software and hardware meet company standards and compliance requirements.
• Planning and executing PLC and Automation CSD checks, backups, and system validations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and maintain robust control systems.
• Developing and maintaining coding standards, change control processes, and remote access protocols.
• Building a trusted network of approved system integrators and assessing their competencies
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to strategic automation projects
• Championing best practices and compliance with William Grant & Sons’ processes and standards

理想候选人

• Proven experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial automation hardware/software
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and software domains.
• Familiarity with coding standards, software change management, and system architecture
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and development
