We're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Area Manager to lead our business across Central Europe, covering the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia. Working closely with distributor partners and global brand teams, you'll play a pivotal role in accelerating growth, strengthening our premium spirits portfolio and delivering exceptional market performance across a dynamic and strategically important region.

We're looking for an experienced commercial professional with a proven track record of delivering growth through distributor-led markets within FMCG, consumer goods or premium brands. You'll combine strong commercial acumen with relationship-building excellence, be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, and have the curiosity to uncover market opportunities that translate into sustainable business success.
The salary range for this role is CZK 1,118,460 to 1,290,780.
