William Grant & Sons are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our established Commercial and Route to Consumer Product team, based in Cumbernauld, on a Hybrid basis. This is a key role in our organisation, where you will join a dynamic team dedicated to providing effective support to commercial teams globally.

As an Application Support Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our digital transformation journey, supporting seamless operations across our global commercial markets. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise to streamline processes, enhance user experience, and drive business growth. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative atmosphere and is ready to make a significant impact. As this role supports commercial teams in London, Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific, there may be the opportunity to travel and provide support as part of your role.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

System Configuration and Customisation: Master the Salesforce platform, configuring and customising to meet the evolving needs of our organization. Your expertise will be crucial in optimising workflows and maximising the platform's capabilities.

User Support and Training: Be the go-to person for Salesforce-related queries. Provide hands-on support to users, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure everyone is harnessing the full power of Salesforce.

Data Management and Integrity: Take the lead in maintaining data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce. Develop and implement strategies for data cleansing, migration, and ongoing data quality assurance.

Automation and Integration: Drive efficiency by designing and implementing automation processes. Collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure seamless integration with other business systems.

Report and Dashboard Creation: Transform data into actionable insights. Create compelling reports and dashboards that empower stakeholders with real-time information to drive informed decision-making.

Security and Compliance: Be the guardian of data security and compliance within the Salesforce environment. Implement and enforce best practices to safeguard sensitive information.

Stay Current with Salesforce Trends: Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends. Proactively

We are looking for an IT professional with a genuine passion optimising the customer journey through technology.

Salesforce Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customisation, and administration. Salesforce Administrator Certification is highly desirable.

Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive problem solver with the ability to analyse complex issues, troubleshoot efficiently, and implement effective solutions.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language. Comfortable conducting training sessions and providing user support.

Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement Salesforce solutions that align with organisational goals.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.

Continuous Learning: Interest Salesforce best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
