Advocacy & Digital Manager GTR

Job Introduction

The Advocacy & Digital Manager sits within Global Travel Retail Central Customer marketing team and plays a key role in delivering our ambitious advocacy program, and delivering a digital and ‘e-tail’ plan for GTR as we begin embarking on this new channel of trade and shopper communication. This entails setting up best practise through brilliant basics and channel specific playbooks developed through test and trial. The role will  build advocacy at scale directly with target shoppers and influencers as well as supporting the GTR regions to build and execute consistent and relevant brand experiences across digital touchpoints that drive awareness and conversion along the path to purchase. The Advocacy and Digital manager will work closely with our Global ACE  (Advocacy, Connections and E-comm) Teams to deliver best in class connections strategy, omnichannel ecosystem planning and activation across some of the world’s most iconic drinks brands

Main Responsibility

The role will be responsible for developing and leading the execution of the GTR advocacy & digital trade activation strategy, the role will be predominantly focused on running our Lookout advocacy platform, building a digital and social media playbook and responsible for organising and delivery strategically important trade events. The role will also be responsible for supporting the HOC by becoming an e-Performance expert, upskilling WG&S GTR understanding of how best to optimise our marketing online to truly deliver Omni-channel brand campaigns that deliver the best commercial ROI.

Our Ideal Candidate

Proven experience of events / activation management, including responsibility for supporting and running medium to large events / activations. Understanding and working knowledge of brand building within the digital environment and the ability to balance commercial delivery. Is passionate about interpreting brand and business diagnostics to deliver actionable outcomes. Is a resilient self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast paced business environment and who can work on their own initiative
