Senior Manager, eCommerce

Job Introduction

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, eCommerce to join our team and play a large role in developing our expansion of eCommerce in line with our US and Global business agendas, with a focus on supporting key US markets and retailers.

Main Responsibility

The Senior Manager, eCommerce will co-develop and help lead our eCommerce expansion strategy in line with our business plans while leveraging best practice marketing and commercial strategies. This role will also drive integration between brand marketing plans and commercial execution, ultimately increasing WG&S and distributor impact across digital trade channels. The Senior Manager, eCommerce will also serve as an internal consultant who will develop excellent relationships with US markets in order to best support Commercial teams, distributors, and retailers in the creation and execution of local strategies.

Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate is a creative, self-driven individual with at least 5 years of eCommerce experience, strong digital content programming experience, and excellent eCommerce analytics experience. We’re looking for someone who is a team player and an effective influencer who can build relationships and sell a vision while bringing others along for the journey. Our ideal candidate is also commercially aware and can make sound decisions based on business objectives and commercial benefits.

This role is not eligible for international relocation.
