Sales Force Automation Manager

We are looking for a Sales Force Automation Manager who will be a driving force behind equipping our commercial teams with technology that accelerates the growth of our amazing brands.

Main Responsibility

The role will Lead the implementation of SFA/SFE technology into the business in line with the WG&S Way of commercial excellence and provide support to the commercial and sales operations teams in leveraging technology effectively to drive growth efficiency and enable a data driven loop of continuous improvement. 

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in delivering large & medium sized projects or programs involving SFA/CRM applications, preferably salesforce.
  • Proven knowledge of sales function process and its KPIs from the Beverage / FMCG
  • Ability to work with different levels of management throughout an organization.
  • Strong experience in Agile way of working.
  • Experience in managing external and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in preparing management reports, weekly and monthly status reports and presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good Communication, Analytical & problem-solving skill.
