Regulatory Compliance Analyst

Job Introduction

The Regulatory Compliance Analyst will build and maintain relationships that guide and reinforce compliance. We’re looking for someone to support our monthly internal assessments and audits to identify and mitigate risks as well as ensuring a seamless movement of imported and exported inventory to/from Edison, NJ in compliance with government regulations.

Main Responsibility

The Regulatory Compliance Analyst will support the development of regulatory compliance policies, procedures, manuals and audits (CBP, TTB & FDA). Review and reconcile bonded inventory discrepancies between systems. In addition, they will generate monthly reports for excise tax accruals , fees and CBMA savings. Our Analyst will also submit COLA applications, waivers, brand and state registrations. Also, complete timely filing of customs entries, ISF filings, payment of duties and fees for seamless import process.

Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience working in an audit, regulatory or compliance capacity. Experience with TTB, CBP and FDA, or experience working within the alcohol beverage industry is preferred. The ability to demonstrate outstanding judgment and flexibility, identifying and reacting to critical issues in a timely manner is essential. Strong interpersonal skills; a team player willing to work in an environment where individual initiative and accountability to the team is required.
