Project Manager - ODC

Job Introduction

The Project Manager will lead various projects to implement WGW and drive business success, ensuring that ODC Leadership team are equipped with best practice to foster a high-performance culture.

ODC is short for “Owned Distribution Companies”. The ODC Business Unit forms a network of companies building a world class route to market for our brands. The markets include UK, France, Germany, US, Canada, India, China, Taiwan, Korea and Australia.

Please note that this role is an FTC until December 2024. 

Main Responsibility

Lead and support the ODC network to develop and implement WGW processes and effectively manage change in their markets, across all pillars ;  Governance of implemented processes and support the local HR and leadership teams for change management; Support the network MDs to review the Blueprint gaps in capability, versus the market needs and their maturity and growth plans and coordinate the operating plans for Project Miles; Manage monthly FOS submission and BU pre-approval process for the ODC BU; Standardize Role Profiles across ODC markets; Supporting the BBU/ODC competency framework project which will define a clear set of required functional competencies per role in ODC/BBU enabling the consistent measurement of the functional competency/capability of team members

Our Ideal Candidate

We want to find an experienced Project Manager packed with an entrepreneurial talent in project and change management within a commercial environment. You will be a strong organiser who is able to influence the key stakeholders and handle multi-tasks to achieve project vision. Demonstrated experience in leading a company-wide projects across functions, knowledge of organisation effectiveness and continuous improvement will help you succeed in this role.
