Job Introduction
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Process Team Member to join our high performing Distillery team and help shape the future of one of Ireland’s most iconic distilleries.
Main Responsibility
- Ensuring safe working practices and quality procedures are strictly followed to meet Irish Tax & Customs, environmental legislation, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, and FEMAS standards.
- Operating and optimising the production process using standard operating instructions to deliver consistent, efficient performance in line with the production schedule.
- Accurately documenting all process data from raw material intake to final product output ensuring full traceability and compliance.
- Performing routine process checks to maintain quality and efficiency and taking initiative to resolve issues swiftly and effectively.
- Conducting basic equipment checks and maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to ongoing enhancements in process and performance.
- Engaging in team meetings, supporting strategic initiatives, and playing an active role in continuous improvement projects.
