This is an amazing chance to come in at the start of the journey and help shape how this new facility runs for the future.

  • Working with the Distilleries Brewer to manage the budget and expenditure as well as planning the CAPEX and projects for the coming year.

Our Ideal Candidate

As our ideal candidate, you will have a can-do attitude alongside exceptional technical skills and the ability to multi-task. Ideally you hold a degree in a relevant technical discipline – Brewing, Distilling or Engineering (Chemical or Process) - and/or have completed the IBD diploma in brewing or distilling. We are keen to support the candidate through their IBD Master Brewer exams with a view to them growing in the role and supporting the other distilleries with project and continuous improvement activities.
