  • Respond to payroll queries promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service to colleagues across the business.
  • Work closely with HR and Finance to ensure data accuracy and smooth month-end reporting.
  • Contribute to process improvements and payroll projects, helping to make our operations even more efficient.

  • Great communication skills and a supportive, team-focused approach.
  • Confidence using excel for reporting, analysis and reconciliations.
  • A proactive attitude and genuine interest in improving processes.

A payroll qualification would be a bonus – but your proven experience and positive, can-do mindset matter most.
