Are you ready to learn and be challenged as part of a highly motivated, trusted team at the heart of a thriving business? Our US Commercial Sales team is looking for a rare character to support the Southwest Region as our On Premise District Manager for Austin.  

Main Responsibility

The District Manager will have responsibility of on-premise regional activities. This position collaborates with distributor partners to plan and execute all William Grant activity in the market to include volume planning, spending initiatives, and achieving KPI objectives. The District Manager will have the ability to influence and motivate appropriate partners in order to ensure plan achievement in the market.  The District Manager will be responsible for identifying and implementing brand building activities. They will effectively communicate and ensures that the region Sales team and Distributor/broker efforts are delivering and executing against Route To Consumer requirements.

Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience within the spirits and wine industry; with a minimum requirement of 3+ years’ experience working on the supplier side. They will effectively manage distributors and internal WG&S partners. Strong analytical and computer skills are necessary and required to evaluate market performance and communicate essential information to the business in a timely manner.

This role is not eligible for international relocation.
