National Accounts Manager – Off Premise

Job Introduction

Our Off Premise National Accounts team is looking for a rare character to support the assigned accounts with responsibility to develop and implement HQ account strategies to achieve brand, volume, and KPI objectives. This role will establish strong relationships with account decision makers to maximize WG&S presence and will work closely with the Commercial team to ensure flawless execution of off premise chain programs through the distributors.

Main Responsibility

The National Accounts Manager – Off Premise will establish all WG&S activity in assigned National Accounts to include volume planning, spending initiatives, and KPI objectives. They will develop customized off-premise channel strategies and programs in order to secure account commitment while at the same time developing strong relationships with the Account Buyer/Category Manager to effectively enhance the WG&S portfolio of brands. The role will effectively communicate with internal National Accounts, Marketing, Commercial teams, and with external distributor partners to ensure execution of programs. They will monitor all market performance and program results through Nielsen tracking, in-market surveys, and Distributor reporting. 

Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate is required to have 5-10 years of experience calling-on off premise accounts spirits/wine accounts, with an emphasis on Retail National Accounts / Chain stores. A Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred; Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field is desirable. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the consumer products industry with experience in Category Management and the utilization of syndicated data. They will be a thought leader with strong analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Candidate will be expected to give compelling and insightful presentations, and demonstrate the ability to successfully work cross-functionally, while at the same time have a strong ability to work independently, This role is open to candidates in TX, CA, or FL.

This role is not eligible for international or local relocation. Must have valid driver’s license.
