National Accounts Execution Manager - West

Job Introduction

Our National Accounts team is looking for a rare character to support the assigned accounts in the West with responsibility to execute and implement National Account strategies to achieve Company brand, volume, and KPI objectives.

Main Responsibility

This role is responsible for driving displays and incremental opportunities within the National Accounts mandated programs. They will monitor all market performance and program results through Nielsen tracking, in-market surveys, and distributor reporting. Market conditions and competitive activity will be reported to senior management. The National Accounts Execution Manager will also be responsible for monitoring market spend and conduct ROI ana         lysis on all major programs executed within assigned accounts. Ultimately, making appropriate recommendations based on the ROI analysis.

Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder. They develop strong relationships with our National Accounts partners gaining alignment on key commercial priorities and driving best in class execution.  They exude strong influencing skills and serve as the commercial partner with the mindset of commercial execution. They have experience managing pricing strategies for National Accounts within the CPG industry, highly valued if it’s in the alcohol spirits organization. 

Additional required skills and qualifications:

  • They will have a strong understanding of the alcohol beverage and spirits industry, with a minimum of 3-5+ years’ experience; working on the supplier side will be highly valued.
  • A proven track record of developing working relationships and a strong business acumen.
  • Strong finance and budgeting background
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
  • Advanced influencing skills and account management capabilities
  • Effective problem-solving skills and good analysis skills
  • Ability to manage difficult, complex markets and achieve business objectives
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills including proficiency with formulas and data analysis is required
  • Excessive travel might be necessary, occasionally requiring air travel
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred
