As a Senior Project Manager working in our Luxury NPD team, you will be responsible for flawless delivery of new and exciting packaging formats for our global Luxury portfolio, from concept creation to implementation.
Main Responsibility
The successful candidate will project manage, through leadership of cross-functional teams the end to end delivery of New Product introductions, ensuring the final product is developed in accordance with the defined Global Gate Process and delivered to the correct standards of quality, on-time within budget. Working collaboratively and cross functionally, they will ensure all new products are adequately specified and approved, assuring product quality and performance fully meets the expectations of all key stakeholders.
Our Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding and strong technical knowledge of Luxury components, production, processes and suppliers as well as extensive experience of NPD projects and NPD processes. Armed with both a technical and project management mind-set, you will have had experience of leading complex projects across cross-functional teams. Experience in an NPD role within a Luxury environment is preferred.
