Meta Luxury Business Account Manager (9 Months FTC)

Job Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity arising in the UK Meta team working with key customers in the Off Trade.

This role will be responsible for leading the Global Shop Window agenda in conjunction with Meta strategic Route to Markets, delivering circa 30% of the Meta channel gross contribution.

Additionally a key requirement will be to ensure that UK Meta remains front of mind in our global luxury and brands teams.

Main Responsibility

As part of the Meta Team you will build joint business plans with these key customers to deliver our channel plan for Meta in the short and long term. You will be responsible for activating with some of the worlds’ most prestigious customers, ensuring world class execution to create fame for our brands.

Forecast accuracy is vital in this role along with managing liquid allocations in line with our route to consumer framework. You will be building a multi-functional selling team between WG&S and our key customers: ensuring alignment between E-commerce & Digital Platforms, Customer Marketing and Visual Merchandising and customers’ respective sales teams. This is a pinnacle role in Meta and William Grant & Sons.

Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of brilliant account management, ideally with Luxury knowledge. You will be a team player, underpinning a high performance culture in the team along with a customer focus at all times. An effective and strong communicator is also vital for this role.
