Job Introduction

We are looking for an experienced finance person to carry on the legacy created by the previous incumbents of the position and create their own legacy.

Main Responsibility

As the Manager, Region Finance for the Central Region, National Accounts, Off Premise & Region Marketing, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and counsel to each of the depart heads in their pursuit of delivering the profit goals of the organization in a sustainable way. In conjunction with your finance analyst, you will be responsible for supporting them in the budget and forecast processes as well as providing the sales team with the information & data to a manage the distributor & business, ensuring spending is with budget, risks are identified and mitigation plans developed in response.

Trust and respect are vital in this team, as well as ability to form positive working relationships across functional boundaries through great influencing skills. Strong analytical skills are a must, as is a high level of attention to detail, managing heavy workload with competing deadlines and an ability to deliver great results. Finally you have to care about your direct reports, your team mates, the quality of work you produce. This role is not eligible for international relocation.
