Manager - Net Revenue Management

Job Introduction

Are you looking for a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic, high priority, and fast-growing portfolio of brands? Brands like Hendrick’s Gin, Tullamore D.E.W, Glenfiddich Whiskey, and Milagro Tequila! We are seeking a strategy and pricing expert to help lead strategic pricing for our US business.    

Main Responsibility

The Net Revenue Management (NRM) Manager will work closely with the NRM Director to maximize sustainable profit through effective pricing and trade terms across all areas of the business in the US market. They will maximize returns through allocation of product to priority markets and perform decision support on projects to evaluate opportunities of brands within certain markets. They will develop and implement price strategies that minimize commercial risk and spend is focused and consistent with distributor best practices. They will leverage insights and work closely with cross functional sales teams to facilitate strategy development and execution. 

Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate is required to have:
•    Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or economics is required.
•    Minimum 5+ years of experience; preferably within the alcohol spirits or CPG industry.  
•    Commercial experience with focus on value chain and Pricing (Customer and Consumer).
•    Ability to communicate and train Pricing management and financial concepts and information to non-finance people.
•    Self-starter who is proactive and works on their own initiative; takes the lead on projects and analysis.
•    Confident in ability to challenge and be challenged on Value Chain, Pricing (Customer and Consumer) and financial implications.
•    A high-level of commercial, marketing or finance experience working in a data-driven industry where they have developed and executed shopper programs based on data. 
•    Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills including proficiency with formulas and data analysis, data is required.
•    Very strong organizational skills and analytical skills. 
•    Shown ability to build compelling selling stories, based on data, and explain insights to people with various levels of knowledge.
•    Strong presentations skills to various levels of internal and external team members.

It is highly desired our ideal candidate has: 

•    Knowledge of the alcohol spirits industry 3-tier system regulatory environment 
•    Experience collaborating and influencing CPG brand marketing and sales teams. 
•    Ability to manage difficult, complex markets and achieve business objectives. 
•    Be able to work with little supervision and demonstrate the initiative necessary to handle multiple projects in a timely manner within a lean organization.
