An opportunity to shape the future of the worlds No1 Single Malt Scotch Whisky in China. As part of our global marketing team, this role plays a critical role in ensuring that our China specific product innovation pipeline reflects both the needs of our consumer in China and the positioning of the Glenfiddich brand more broadly.
主要职责
To lead specific new product development projects that relate to the China market. Partnering with the local market team in China, act as a member of the global brand team to be the project leader for all market specific NPD. Will need to work closely with local market, global and local operations and central marketing team to ideate, create and deliver consumer centric new products that achieve both commercial delivery targets and build long term brand equity.
理想候选人
A product development expert with strong luxury experience. This experience does not need to have been gained within the spirits industry as we know there is plenty for us to learn from fragrances and wider luxury consumer goods. It is key/essential that this person is confident operating independently from the wider team, while staying closely connected through regular communication and check-ins with global colleagues. They should be comfortable representing the global brand perspective locally, willing to proactively raise opinions, and flag challenges when needed.
