Innovation Commercial Manager (ICM)

Job Introduction

Our Commercial team is looking for a rare character to provide support and communication between HQ Innovation team and Field & Operations as the Innovation Commercial Manager (ICM). PLEASE NOTE: This role will be home-based out of Florida. 

Main Responsibility

The ICM Manager will collaborate on brand planning, brand reviews, QBR’s, as well as support and lead all new product launches and test markets, including pre-planning and execution. They will collaborate with distributor partners and increase SOM with craft, mixology and Regional Account teams. This role will promote the new Route to Consumer culture within On and Off Premise markets. The role will also routinely analyze distributor/broker execution performance and gauge competitive activity within the market. They will manage promo budgets, and monitor/track pricing to ensure brand pricing guidelines are executed throughout the region. 

Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate has the ability to lead and manage projects with cross-functional teams across the internal organization and within the external distributor network. They will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry and a minimum of 2 years' experience in Innovation, specifically in developing and commercializing new products and platforms. Experience analyzing consumer/category data and translating it into new product/platform recommendations is a must. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple priorities is key for this position.
