Information Security Analyst

Main Responsibility

As an Information Security Analyst, you will collaborate with our Information Security Leader and Specialists to enhance cyber resilience. Your role involves conducting third-party risk assessments, including processing Vendor Security Assessment Questionnaires (VSAQs), and assisting with incident response investigations alongside the wider GTS security team. You'll also play a key part in promoting a strong security culture by delivering internal training, InfoSec clinics, and awareness sessions.

Additionally, you will coordinate phishing simulation exercises, analyse results to assess company-wide awareness, and manage incoming Information Security tickets in Assyst, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Maintaining compliance documentation and supporting ongoing policy enforcement will be an essential part of your responsibilities, alongside refining security documentation, processes, and reports.

You are a motivated individual with a keen interest in cyber security and a desire to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • A desire to build knowledge across information security, compliance, and awareness.
  • A collaborative approach to supporting a global team with diverse needs.
  • Familiarity with information security principles, ideally through study or hands-on experience (internships, projects, or previous roles).
  • An organised approach to task management and documentation.

Desirable but not essential:

  • Awareness of security standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
  • Exposure to vendor risk assessments or security awareness campaigns.
  • Experience delivering training or security briefings.
