IFS Solution Architect

Job Introduction

IFS is our core ERP system and a key cornerstone our ambitious 5 year plan and digitalisation agenda. The IFS Digital Acceleration team is dedicated to optimising the system and delivering transformational business projects. The Solution Design team is responsible for ensuring the overall integrity of the system as we develop and enhance IFS10, as well as drive towards future Cloud opportunities.

Main Responsibility

You will work collaboratively across the IFS Digital Acceleration team to identify and create solutions which will enhance the existing solution, meet business requirements, and support a seamless transition to future technologies. You will be working within an expert team of Solution Architects, supporting and driving each other forward. The relationships you build with the Business Engagement team and Tech Apps Developers will be key in delivering the most effective opportunities.

Our Ideal Candidate

You will have strong knowledge and experience in at least one of the following areas, but be enthusiastic to broaden your understanding across other areas:

  • Finance (ideally including operational finance – product costing, manufacturing, supply chain and inventory transactions)
  • HR processes and systems
  • Process Manufacturing, Inventory Management and Product Lifecycle Management

Experienced in designing and documenting ERP solutions, ideally IFS, the ability to understand a situation, demonstrate excellent problem solving and clearly articulate your future vision is second nature to you.

You will be able to demonstrate a track record of strong collaboration, resilience, an entrepreneurial spirit and a solid set of values. An enthusiasm for sharing your experience and knowledge with others to help them grow is infectious.
