Job Introduction
IFS is our core ERP system and a key cornerstone in our ambitious 5 year plan and digitalisation agenda. The IFS Digital Acceleration team is dedicated to optimising the system and delivering transformational business projects. Whether it is reviewing our existing processes, rolling out to our businesses around the world, or implementing new digital solutions to drive our business productivity, there are always multiple complex, cross-functional projects running simultaneously. The opportunity has arisen to lead the growing Project Management team as we accelerate our exciting plans.
Please note that this is a FTC until July 2025.
Main Responsibility
You will work closely with the IFS Digital Acceleration Leader to develop the overall short and medium term plans, and collaborate with leadership team to ensure the best utilisation of our resources. As the scale of our plans increase, so does the need for Project Management support and you will be responsible for building and mentoring the team.
You will also need to lead by example, managing some of the key business projects successfully to conclusion alongside your IFS team colleagues.
