Hendrick’s Gin needs you! As the world’s leading super-premium Gin continues to grow, so does demand from cucumber-lovers across the globe – all seeking to visit our exclusive distillery in Girvan, Scotland: The Hendrick’s Gin Palace!

Hendrick’s is seeking a coordinated and curious colleague to bring to life all manner of experiences for the lucky few who step inside our Gin Palace.

Main Responsibility

The Distillery Experience Coordinator will work alongside the Distillery Experience Manager and the wider brand team in continuing our dream for the Hendrick’s Gin Palace to be the world’s most sought after distillery experience.

You will be responsible for creating and executing a guest experience like no other. Think you can handle organising a 16 person cucumber relay race on the grounds of a castle? Have you got the tenacity to collaboratively create a cocktail menu worthy of the world’s finest bartenders? Do you know how to juggle budgets while balancing on a big-wheel bicycle?

This role manages multiple stakeholders and requires you to think outside the box to make each visit feel unique and extra-ordinary. Your creativity alongside your organisational flare will see you organising and hosting events, creating specialist cocktails, handling budgets and ensuring that everything runs as smooth as our Gin.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Self-driven and systematic with the intuition to know what needs to be done and when to do it.
  • A logistical whiz, able to manage multiple stakeholders from kitchen catering to curling teams - always with a desire for delivering the best experiences for guests.
  • A keen eye for detail and passion for pointing out imperfections.
  • A savvy familiarity for spreadsheets, PowerPoints, and email.
  • The confidence to shine in front of guests while also willing to keep everything running seamlessly from the background.
  • To be responsible, respectable and observing of all William Grant Way processes, standards, and guidelines
  • To be able to drive
  • And if you know your Gibson’s from your Gimlets, a bit of mixology experience would be most intriguing!
