Head of Marketing, Innovation

Job Introduction

An exciting Head of Marketing opportunity has arisen to lead the Innovation brands within the UK team, as a result of an internal promotion. This role will lead the UK Innovation strategy, execution, and team for recently launched pioneering premium brands; Discarded/Atopia/Batch & Bottle, as well as any future new to world brands.

Main Responsibility

To lead the UK innovation agenda, commercialise our portfolio of new-to-world innovation brands and to develop a product pipeline. You will work directly with UK senior marketing/commercial leaders to ensure:

  • There is a 5-year innovation pipeline strategy and a robust roll out plan in place across the 5 Year Plan
  • That the key innovation brands have ambitious growth ambitions with clear assumptions and plans on how to achieve these
  •  That marketing tools and assets for UK launch are developed to deliver for launches and the early product life stage including communications.

Supported by the 4 people within your team, you will work directly with senior global/UK commercial and innovation leaders, tirelessly championing these brands to ensure they are supported by exciting, robust and well-resourced commercialization and brand marketing plans.

This role reports into the UK Marketing Director and is a member of the UK Marketing Leadership Team (MLT) with regular interaction with senior UK and global stakeholders.

Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate will be a proven marketing and innovation leader who enjoys creating, motivating, and developing a team within a dynamic environment.

You must have experience of operating at a similar level within another organisation and demonstrate proven ability to both develop and execute different brand growth strategies. The right person will be capable of influencing a large and broad group of multifunctional stakeholders, both internal and external.
