Job Introduction

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join our dynamic team in Richmond. This role will support the HR and operations teams with the professional delivery of the operational HR service in line with strategic WG&S Business objectives. It will also provide advice and guidance on a wide range of HR Issues and manage specific HR activities to ensure that HR Policies and Procedures and employment legislation are adhered to.

Main Responsibility

The successful candidate will provide query resolution for managers and staff on the correct application of policies and procedures, as well as focussing on Recruitment and Selection process for the relevant Business Unit(s), from requisition to point of offer. They will work closely with all Leaders and HRBP’s to manage a range of tasks including employee relations, management information reporting and support for implementation of Global WG&S projects and initiatives.

Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate will be experienced in operating at an HR Advisor level in a generalist role, with expertise in employee relations and recruitment and selection procedures with the ability to analyse data and trends to inform HRBP decision making. They will also have strong excel skills and experience developing and producing management information and reports. Although not essential, we would like an individual with international experience as this role will be covering international regions.
