Global Head of e-Commerce

Job Introduction

An exciting opportunity to lead one of the fastest growing & most dynamic areas of our business. Over recent years, our e-commerce team has been through significant acceleration & is now sitting as a central part of digital transformation. The e-commerce team has the unique opportunity to work across our brand portfolio, collaborating with the biggest markets to grow channel visibility, revenue & share.

Main Responsibility

Develop and deliver against a consumer-centric e-commerce strategy. Lead the global e-commerce team to work in collaboration with priority markets to drive our share & visibility through all relevant online channels & priority retailers. Build e-commerce capability and understanding across the business ensuring all functions are on the journey. Ensure long-term sustainable value growth with minimum disruption to other channels, balancing execution across commercial delivery & building band visibility. Ensure e-commerce integration into our digital transformation agenda.

Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate will have a strong commercial background within e-commerce coupled with a desire to use the channel to build brands & drive connected consumer journeys. You will be a self-starter who is comfortable driving change and providing direction to a skilled & diverse team, motivating them to execute against priority growth levers. You will have the experience to unlock value across all e-commerce sub-channels with a particular focus on the commercial leadership of AMAZON & using DTC data to optimise our approach in broader channels.  You will be a strategic thinker who can balance short and long-term priorities.
