Job Introduction
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our General Manager – Commercial USA. This role is a key point of contact for both the General Manager and the US William Grant & Sons commercial sales team. The Executive Assistant will provide advanced and innovative support in administrative assignments and in special initiatives and projects.
Main Responsibility
The Executive Assistant will manage the executive’s active calendar of meetings, appointments, compile documents and presentations for meetings, and will participate in meetings and off-site events as needed. The role will also manage complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas for the executive as well as reviewing and managing emails as requested. This position will play an important role in providing a bridge of communication between the executive’s office, executive team, sales leadership team, and third-party suppliers and distributors.
Our Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate brings experience in a similar business role supporting Commercial Sales executives along with excellent communication, organizational and task management skills. We’re looking for someone with an energetic and pleasant demeanor who can interact with people at all levels and within different cultures. With immaculate attention to detail and advanced computer skills with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and an openness approach willing to learn new computer systems. Problem solving skills and a proactive approach to their work is ideal. This Executive Assistant will be able to work independently and as a team (both locally in an office and with a remote team). The salary range for this role, located in the NYC office is $70,851, - $ 86,373
This role is not eligible for international or domestic relocation.
