Demand Planner

Job Introduction

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Demand Planner to join our site in Bellshill OR Richmond, to actively engage with Distributor partners and WGS Markets to deliver a robust demand plan utilising the S&OP framework. 

Main Responsibility

The successful candidate will collaborate with the Commercial teams and Markets to identify and mitigate key forecast risks and opportunities in order to achieve business strategy and current year targets.  Successfully demand manage sell in/sell out of renovation and innovation projects, ensuring obsolescence minimised and launches met. They will build collaborative relationships with Commercial and Customer Relations teams to provide support and driving process excellence by preparing for and leading Key Demand Review meetings in line with S&OP process. Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate will have 2-3 years’ experience of demand planning and forecasting within a FMCG environment.  Previous experience of using Advanced Planning systems would be desirable.  The candidate will be analytical, logical, and pragmatic, with strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
