This is a great opportunity to work with some vibrant teams in different areas of our business and help support our Customer Service and Supply Chain team.
Main Responsibility
The Customer Service Manager will provide superior customer service by developing and building strong working relationships with key customers externally in market and internally to effectively manage all activity. They will exhibit preeminent leadership of the customer service team by surpassing high levels of customer service standards to exceed expectations and captivate customer’s satisfaction. They will communicate effectively on all steps in the order management process to ensure customer alignment on order status, from receipt to on time in full delivery.
Our Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate has expert knowledge and previous experience working within a FMCG environment with at least 5 years’ leadership experience working in a Customer Service and/or Supply Chain function. They have proven people management skills with the ability to drive team performance and development. A positive attitude with a customer centric approach to effectively partner with internal and external customers to achieve results for both businesses and the ability to maintain a positive vision yet able to challenge the status quo and the passion to drive the strategy.
