Customer Planning & Activation Manager- APAC (GTR)

Job Introduction

An exciting opportunity to initiate and lead activations with our GTR customers in the key markets across the APAC region. This role will manage multiple geographies, and have the opportunity to work with key customers, with strategic importance based on the GTR priority structure. In consultation with the Regional Marketing Manager, this role supports both the commercial and marketing functions, with focus on customer relationships and leading the market strategy. In addition to customer facing responsibilities, the role will also heavily support the central marketing team in managing the critical Gate Process as part of the wider business cadence.

Main Responsibility

In this role you will develop and deliver agreed customer-focused annual marketing and commercial plans that engage and excite the customer and consumer whilst upholding luxury visibility activation standards and delivering engaging consumer brand experiences. Build relationships and manage stakeholders Drive quality of execution at operational and store level with customers in the travel retail space. The candidate will support Central Marketing on gate meetings, budget allocation and ensuring that activations are executed with the right level of investment, as well as adhere to M&E practices.

Our Ideal Candidate

You will have experience in building and maintaining strong relationships Managing key accounts stakeholders Knowledge of the global travel retail space is desirable. Understanding of working with creative agencies for toolkit adaptations, and activation executions is a must. Have an understanding of working with different cultures and being able to adapt your communication style as needed. Knowledge and understanding of the Spirits industry is desirable but not essential.
