Job Introduction
The Business Analyst (BA) plays a crucial role in WG&S by bridging the gap between the business needs and technology solutions. The BA will be part of the journey of delivering Power BI reports and financial management packs to the WGS business units.
Main Responsibility
Utilising various WG&S systems and data sources, together with narrative information gathered via strong relationship across the WGS network, you will gather business requirements and translate these into detailed documentation, uses cases and user stories. You will be confident in leading workshops, delivering formal documentation and managing the business as usual activities of our internal reports
Our Ideal Candidate
- Finance Experience: Experience working in a finance background, management information reporting, P&Ls, Balance Sheet and financial analysis.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse data, processes, and systems.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to quickly build rapport with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Documentation: Proficiency in creating clear and comprehensive documentation.
- Problem-Solving: Effective at identifying and solving business challenges.
