Business Acceleration Manager

Job Introduction

We're looking for a Business Acceleration Manager to be the right-hand of our Chief Marketing Officer. This high-impact role drives strategic initiatives across the Marketing division, connecting teams, streamlining operations and ensuring our biggest priorities land with impact.

Main Responsibility

What you'll do:

• Lead and track major marketing and transformation projects
• Manage and optimize the CMO's agenda and execute operations.
• Support special projects, market analysis and brand/agency reviews
• Coordinate leadership meetings and quarterly reviews
• Create compelling presentations and communications for senior stakeholders

Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly organized, strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a passion for driving impact. The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in managing strategic programs or projects in a fast-paced matrixed organization.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship building abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills skills, including experience preparing high-level materials for senior executives
• Flexibility to work across multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. The salary range for this role, based out of the NYC office is $138,687 - $160,138.
