Hendrick’s Gin seeks a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and highly creative individual to represent the values of our brand to consumers, trade and media alike.

Main Responsibility

The Brand Ambassador should fully embody the values of Hendrick’s Gin.  They will forge connections, educate, and drive advocacy of Hendrick’s among our target audiences of consumers, bartenders, distributors, media, and other key opinion leaders with authenticity, passion, credibility and influence.  The Hendrick’s Ambassador will be the face of the brand at experiential events, trainings, trade conferences, and press interviews.  Responsibilities also include planning and executing a variety of activities on behalf of the brand in their region and managing an intense travel schedule.  While not a sales role, the Brand Ambassador should work collaboratively with the local sales team and support them in identifying and looking after key accounts.

The ideal candidate already embodies the personality of Hendrick’s – delightfully eccentric with a deep reverence for curiosity and all things madcap and unusual.  This person is a fountain of inspiration.  Highly imaginative and innovative, they push the boundaries of convention in everything they do.  They’re ever ready for travel and love to seek out adventure.  Highly social, they are a ringleader and a mesmeric host.  They are happiest bringing people together over a splendid feast, marvelous martinis and intelligent & eccentric conversation.  They always bring magic to any setting through their actions and the curiosity they inspire in others!

Our ideal candidate comes with deep industry experience and is well respected within the trade community.  This person already has a strong network but is adept at continuously forging new relationships to grow their influence.  Highly entrepreneurial and an incredible self-starter, they plan and lead all activities in their region.  But they are also a team player who works collaboratively with the Hendrick’s Brand team, Ambassador team, local sales teams, and agency partners.

While our Brand Ambassadors are fantastic presenters and story tellers, they are also strategic with solid business acumen.  They are capable of developing 360 programs.  They set high standards, are attentive to business results, and understand how their work fits into the broader brand strategy.

Home-based with a high degree of travel.

Skills and qualifications include:


  • Strong background in spirits, either through professional experience or personal interest
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal & written
  • Creative & innovative thinking
  • Strong influencing & partnering abilities
  • Interpersonal effectiveness
  • Entrepreneurial and self-starter 
  • Ability to act as a consultant within team structure
  • Must have a vehicle to travel within local market and have satisfactory motor vehicle record 


  • Spirits industry knowledge and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

The salary range for this role, based out of Los Angeles, is $96,911 - $110, 022.
